Stand Strong

we read through verses like this and not realize the implication of them, esp verse 28 here.....we forget Christians were being killed for their faith....Paul is saying stand up to them with the truth! Don’t be afraid, don’t show fear....to your enemies that is a sign of weakness or even worse, fraudulence...... we have, to this day anyhow, not known this level of devotion and dedication when our physical lives were at stake.  Perhaps that day will come, but until then, the Lord calls us to stand fast and be strong together, as a unit, as the Church!
